The seal of approval

This official seal of approval from the LEEA demonstrates that Restrata Group’s approved lifting courses successfully meet a range of rigorous professional standards for the needs of the energy industry in the Middle East.

After undergoing a site audit and instructor evaluation, Restrata Group has also secured ‘Accredited Training Company’ status, a scheme which was recently launched by LEEA, the leading representative body for those involved in the lifting industry worldwide.

Launched in April 2009, the LEEA’s Training Accreditation Scheme is designed to allow its member companies to offer a range of independently verified training courses for staff involved in the use or management of overhead lifting equipment.

Will Follett, Restrata Group’s VP of workforce development, said: “This is a great addition to our current accreditations and reinforces our commitment to providing a full range of industry recognised qualifications.

“We have a major role to play in the reduction of risk and to the safety and health of our clients, our own employees, our contractors, partners, and also in the protection of the environments within which we work. We are continually tailoring our offering of HSE training solutions to ensure compliance in the hazardous, high-risk and hostile environments experienced in the oil and gas sector.”

Restrata Group prides itself on gaining industry leading accreditations to develop and deliver high-quality training programmes essential for operations in the energy sector.
