We are looking for a Saas Project Manager with good experience in managing multiple complex software projects and customer integrations. Our company is a highly successful leader in safety and security solutions around the globe.

This opportunity is a permanent role to join our progressive, dynamic team, based in London. You will work in an innovative, agile and multi-disciplined team to develop and deliver our proprietary safety and security solutions.

This role specialises in cloud-native technology-based solutions and has experience in delivering a wide range of IT solutions in demanding corporate environments, encompassing the ability to manage, motivate and train successful teams.

The ideal candidate will be extremely customer-focused, adaptable and has excellent relationship management skills. Good business acumen and commercial awareness.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise and manage the end to end project delivery and integration, including setting timelines, prioritising tasks, managing risk and cost.
  • Collaborate with Group functions and operational divisions to build cross-functional teams, assign workstreams and define various project deliverables.
  • Assess and prioritise new projects based on highest potential value, impact and strategic alignment.
  • Provide financial reports and budget outlines pertinent to the delivery of projects.
  • Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they meet Group standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project delivery ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the Group’s standards.
  • Develop key metrics for monitoring the successful project integration to identify pinch points, performing lessons learned and post-implementation reviews.
  • Act as the conduit between the business divisions and the business functional owners to ensure the project integrates and can successfully operate as BAU.
  • Create, implement and refine project management policies and processes.
  • Create and provide detailed and accurate artefacts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with other members
    of the business to deliver project plans.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with all levels across the business.
  • Contextualise the project impacts across all business functions.
  • Identify and manage project risks and interdependencies.

 

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve and analyse.
  • Accustomed to working to tight deadlines.
  • Driven and motivated to achieve results.
  • Ability to plan across multiple work streams simultaneously, identifying critical path activity and interdependencies.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and moving priorities across multiple projects.
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to see the big picture but also be closely involved in the detail.

 

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience of managing business transformation projects.
  • Prince 2 or equivalent Project Management qualification.
  • Financial services experience helpful but not essential.

 

Qualifications

  • Degree level, ideally with a focus in business management.
