• Complete review and re-write of emergency response documentation for all regions (UK, Middle East, Africa) – Level 2 (Country) and Level 3 (Corporate – Dubai)​
• Provision of full emergency response services including crisis management and media support from the Aberdeen Global Operations Command Centre covering Borr’s International fleet​
• Design of ‘blended’ emergency and crisis management response procedures for operations in Africa and Mexico​
• Design and delivery of bespoke training for emergency response duty managers ​
• Design and delivery of bespoke exercises to test onshore emergency response and crisis management response​
• Provision of a relative response team to answer calls from those concerned in the event of an incident​
• Provision of bespoke training for family liaison representative training
