THE FORESTIAS, with a project value of over THB 90 billion (USD 2.8bn), is the world’s first property development to introduce a living environment integrated into a natural ecosystem to provide sustainable happiness under the concept ‘Imagine Happiness’. The mixed-use multi-generational lifestyle project spans 300 rai (119 acres), including residential housing and low and high-rise buildings, retail buildings, office buildings, a health center, an innovation center, a forest pavilion, community space, a learning center, and Asia’s largest-ever forest ecosystem in a mixed-use lifestyle project.

Restrata was commissioned by MQDC to develop and determine a clear vision and strategy for Security provision for the Forestias and in particular for the public realm and site wide infrastructure. This initially involved undertaking a comprehensive threat and risk assessment, development of protection and mitigation objectives and determining a strategic sitewide approach in the form of a Security Master Plan (SMP).

The objective of the SMP is to identify the existing and predicted security threats which could emerge during the Forestias development and operating cycle, to define the protective security concept and technical options available to address security requirements.

We are developing the following series of security reports, guidelines and documents for this project.

  • Security Threat and Risk Assessment
  • Conceptual Security Master Plan
  • Detailed Security Master Plan
