resilienceOS Sub Processors

Restrata provides the ResilienceOS platform to enterprise customers. Where ResilienceOS processes personal data about a customer’s employees, travellers and contractors, the customer is the controller of that data and Restrata acts as a processor on the customer’s documented instructions.

A sub-processor is a third party that Restrata engages to process that personal data on the customer’s behalf in order to deliver ResilienceOS. The organisations listed below are Restrata’s authorised sub-processors for ResilienceOS.

Each sub-processor is assessed before it is engaged and reviewed at least annually, and is bound by a written contract imposing data protection obligations equivalent to those Restrata owes its customers under Article 28 of the UK GDPR. Restrata remains fully liable to its customers for the performance of its sub-processors.

Where a sub-processor processes personal data outside the United Kingdom, the transfer is made under the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the Information Commissioner’s Office, or another transfer mechanism permitted under Article 46 of the UK GDPR.

This page is updated within 30 days of a new sub-processor being approved for use with ResilienceOS. Customers whose data processing agreement with Restrata provides for notification of sub-processor changes should refer to that agreement for the notice they will receive.

Customer-connected services

Where a customer connects its own travel management company, access control system, risk intelligence feed or similar service to ResilienceOS, that provider acts for the customer under the customer’s own arrangements with it and is not a Restrata sub-processor.
