Senior Product Designer (UX / B2B SaaS)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX) who thrives on untangling complexity - someone who can turn live data, spatial intelligence, and human decisions into effortless experiences. You’ll own the end-to-end journey for a platform used in critical, high-pressure moments where clarity matters most.

This isn’t about pixel-polish; it’s about designing for understanding, control, and confidence.

 

What you’ll take on

· Lead design for complex, data-rich workflows across multiple modules

· Shape intuitive spatial and map-based experiences that reveal insight, not noise

· Simplify operational processes used by real teams in real crises

· Explore how automation and ai can enhance human decisions

· Partner with Product, Engineering, and UI peers to turn ideas into beautifully usable reality

· Influence our design culture, process, and evolving design system

 

You’ll bring

· 5+ years in UX/Product Design for SaaS or enterprise environments

· A portfolio showing clarity from complexity and research-led design thinking

· Experience designing for geospatial or situational-awareness applications

· Curiosity about how technology, data, ai and human insight intersect

· Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and user research methods

· A calm, collaborative approach to solving high-stakes design problems
