Vice President of Marketing

About the job

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Leader with a proven track record of scaling enterprise software/SaaS marketing functions, especially in global markets. This is a strategic, operational, and highly visible role at the heart of our commercial growth. You'll shape our global marketing vision, drive execution across key markets, and work cross-functionally to fuel pipeline growth, enhance brand equity, and support product expansion.

You'll lead and grow a high-performing team, working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to execute a global marketing strategy that drives revenue, brand visibility, and customer advocacy.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Global Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and Go-To-Market execution across geographies
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, CRO, and leadership team on marketing performance and priorities
  • Lead the global marketing team (currently 2, with scope to expand), nurturing a high-performance, agile, and digitally-savvy culture
  • Build scalable programs and frameworks for growth, from pipeline generation to brand awareness

Brand, Messaging & Competitive Positioning

  • Evolve and refine Restrata’s brand identity and differentiated proposition in the market
  • Ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all customer touchpoints
  • Build our presence across earned, owned, and paid channels, ensuring Restrata is in the right conversations with the right audiences

Product Marketing & Market Intelligence

  • Define and own the Product Marketing function, closely aligned with Product Management and Development
  • Create structured market, customer, and competitor insights to inform positioning, product direction, and roadmap prioritisation
  • Execute impactful product launches and feedback loops to accelerate product-market fit and adoption

Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing

  • Design and execute multi-channel, data-driven campaigns to drive high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline
  • Build a strong ABM motion, evolving from 1-to-Many to 1-to-Few approaches
  • Implement marketing ops best practices, lead scoring models, attribution frameworks, and ROI tracking
  • Partner with Sales to align campaign calendars, lead handoffs, SLAs, and enablement tools

Thought Leadership, Events & Digital Footprint

  • Oversee our thought leadership and external communications strategy
  • Build executive visibility through events, speaker opportunities, webinars, and influencer engagement
  • Launch a robust Customer Advocacy program and develop a reputation as a trusted industry voice

Team Building & Culture

  • Recruit, coach, and retain top marketing talent
  • Define clear roles, KPIs, and success metrics for the team
  • Champion creativity, digital innovation, and customer experience across every initiative
  • Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous development

What You’ll Bring:

  • 15+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with a strong emphasis on SaaS and enterprise software
  • Proven track record in scaling global marketing functions and delivering marketing-sourced revenue
  • Deep knowledge of GTM strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, product marketing, and ABM
  • Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments, ideally with international expansion
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at C-level
  • Excellent communicator and strategic thinker, with high EQ and team leadership skills
  • Experience with M&A integration is a bonus
