The challenge

The company’s global security operations centre was managing people, travel and security information across multiple disconnected systems. Critical processes, including locating personnel, assessing exposure and coordinating communications, relied heavily on manual effort.

As geopolitical events became more frequent and complex, fragmented data made it difficult to build a trusted operational picture quickly enough to support confident decision-making.

The solution
