The challenge
The company’s global security operations centre was managing people, travel and security information across multiple disconnected systems. Critical processes, including locating personnel, assessing exposure and coordinating communications, relied heavily on manual effort.
As geopolitical events became more frequent and complex, fragmented data made it difficult to build a trusted operational picture quickly enough to support confident decision-making.
The organisation needed a single operational platform that could bring together travel, people and risk intelligence in real time, strengthen duty of care and modernise global security operations at scale.
The solution
The company selected Restrata’s resilienceOS to create a unified operational resilience platform.
The deployment integrated key enterprise systems including Workday, AMEX GBT and multiple intelligence providers such as Dataminr and Riskline into a single operating environment. Rather than switching between separate applications, analysts now work from one live operational picture.
Automated workflows now connect three critical questions in near real time: What is happening? Who is impacted? Have we reached them?
The platform also enables real-time personnel visibility, automated threat correlation, structured incident workflows and targeted multi-channel communications from a single interface.

Today, the company’s security operations centre operates with greater speed, confidence and operational efficiency.
Analysts can identify affected personnel in minutes rather than spending hours manually reconciling information. Global communications can be launched within seconds, while integrated intelligence automatically links emerging events to impacted people and locations, allowing teams to prioritise action immediately.
The platform has also consolidated several previously separate capabilities, reducing manual coordination and giving security teams a single source of truth for decision-making. The team can manage higher incident volumes without increasing analyst resource, while significant manual effort has been removed from routine monitoring and response activities.
Early adoption has been strong, with the resilienceOS mobile application reaching 12-13% adoption within weeks, compared with approximately six years to reach a similar level on the previous Everbridge platform. The implementation has also replaced several standalone systems, including travel tracking, mass notification and risk intelligence tooling.
